Our Customer Service Representative / Receptionist needs to exceed customer service standards for current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in . Attend to walk-in customers as needed. Responds to all inquiries within specified timeframe. Maintain outbound call volume as necessary. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. Provide exceptional customer service including commission generating cross sell solutions. No prior experience is necessary.
