other. Job Description Develops and supports the FI marketing team
for a specified area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel
marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and
engagement. Identifies and communicates key performance indicators
to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on
investment as well as to modify and optimize strategies as
necessary. Manages professional employees and/or supervisors of
complex support, production marketing team(s). Uses segment
specific marketing strategies and media to launch marketing
programs and/or products in collaboration with agencies, product,
sales and technical teams. Provides marketing support for
alternative marketing channels such as tradeshows, seminars,
industry sponsorships, etc. Collaborates with internal partners to
ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws,
regulations and bank policies. Key Responsibilities Support and
guide FI channel marketers with campaign development, approvals,
product and service webinars, and bank roadshows Lead joint
marketing strategies with bank partners to drive merchant
acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, Legal,
Martech, and Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns Build
rapport and work closely with key bank partners and their
stakeholders Build scalable marketing programs aligned to bank
partner initiatives and priorities Develop and execute go-to-market
strategies, including targeting, segmentation, positioning,
messaging, and marketing asset creation Oversee day-to-day
execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment to business
goals, timelines, and budgets Manage marketing support for product
launches, feature enhancements, promotional programs, and banker
engagement campaigns Own campaign planning, launch coordination,
and cross-functional workflows from concept through execution
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, portfolio
impact, and revenue outcomes Manage budgets, marketing calendars,
and release schedules Oversee the development, maintenance, and
organization of co-branded marketing collateral across digital and
print channels Support delivery of sales and marketing plans,
collateral and presentations Support the development and execution
of banker and merchant facing campaigns, with ongoing performance
tracking and program management. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's
degree, or equivalent work experience - Six or more years of
related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven
ability to deliver results Preferred Skills/Experience Proven
experience leading channel, partner, or B2B marketing programs,
preferably within financial services or payments Strong ability to
collaborate with external partners and cross-functional internal
teams Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
and integrated marketing campaigns Data-driven mindset with
experience measuring performance and revenue impact Strong project
management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder
management skills CRM experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud,
or Adobe Familiarity with marketing automation, reporting, and

salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which

comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition

(all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range:
$98,175.00 - $115,500.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified
