events. What You’ll Do As Parking Operations Manager, you will have
overall responsibility for parking logistics and operations across
The Classic Center campus. You’ll ensure seamless operations for
events of all sizes while maintaining high standards for safety,
efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. As needed,
you’ll also be outside alongside the parking staff, providing
hands-on support and leadership to ensure exceptional guest
experiences. Key responsibilities include: Lead all operational
functions of campus parking facilities, including daily operations,
sales coordination, and maintenance oversight Plan, execute, and
supervise event parking operations, optimizing traffic flow and
vehicle movement during high-volume events Ensure the creation and
execution of parking plans while providing hands-on operational
support. Schedule, train, and manage parking attendants and support
staff, setting clear performance expectations and maintaining
service excellence Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and labor
costs to meet target percentages and maximize departmental
profitability Oversee parking permit programs, including monthly,
residential, football, and Cultural Foundation permits Prepare
weekly parking plans and maintain accurate system updates in
platforms such as Momentus, SharePoint, and Amano One Ensure
accurate daily reporting and timely month-end reporting on parking
deck performance Manage invoicing processes and oversee
parking-related accounts Maintain cleanliness, organization, and
signage throughout all parking facilities Conduct routine audits of
parking procedures to identify efficiencies and improvement
opportunities Collaborate across departments and serve as the
parking representative in interdepartmental meetings Partner with
leadership to develop and enhance traffic management strategies for
peak periods Oversee the department’s budget and make data-driven
recommendations to meet or exceed financial goals Ensure proper
oversight of the department’s small vehicle fleet Address on-site
operational issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive
guest experience What You Bring Experience: 3–5 years of experience
in parking operations, facilities management, or a related field,
including team leadership. Event-based or customer-facing
experience strongly preferred. Education: High school diploma or
equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business,
hospitality, or a related field preferred. Leadership: Proven
ability to lead, train, and motivate teams in a fast-paced
operational environment. Customer Focus: Strong customer service
mindset with the ability to professionally resolve issues and
manage client expectations. Financial Skills: Experience managing
budgets, understanding revenue drivers, and controlling costs.
Familiarity with invoicing and account management required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with parking management systems and
scheduling tools; experience with Amano One, Momentus, SharePoint,
and Microsoft Office preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and
written communication skills, with confidence working across
departments and with external partners. Problem Solving:
Analytical, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure—especially
during peak events. Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends,
and holidays based on event schedules. Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25
pounds, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Licensing:
Valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving
record. The candidate who is selected for this position will have
to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background
