Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success and Solution
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a global team of Customer Success Managers and
Solution Engineers to enhance customer relationships and drive
product adoption
Develop strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
and streamline onboarding processes
Act as the voice of the customer to ensure product improvements
align with customer needs and facilitate successful implementation
of solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer
solutions/success or project management
3+ years of experience leading a global customer success team
Proven track record in driving customer retention and revenue
growth through strategic initiatives
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or
government, preferably with high-tech solutions
Deep knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer
success
