Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Cloud Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure operational
requirements meet or exceed client expectations
Support task completion in cloud transactions, including order
fulfillment and invoice/payment reconciliation
Resolve routine challenges and work with peers to solve problems
across operational areas
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred experience in IT industry, particularly in Sales Support
or Business Support roles
Willingness to work nights/weekends as required to meet client and
business needs
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
