Recruitics is looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to work on our Technical Support team. The Technical Support team works closely with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to connect our customers and their systems with our products. The Technical Support team advises the sales team, new prospects, and existing customers on the technical capabilities of our technology platform, and we build creative solutions that address complex business problems.
We are a resourceful group of people who love troubleshooting and problem-solving. We are looking for someone with one to three years of experience who is a good problem-solver and is interested in technical challenges.   • Become a Recruitics product expert, developing and maintaining extensive knowledge of Recruitics' industry-leading technology platform
  • Convey Recruitics' technology capabilities to technical and non-technical business leaders and constituents, crafting the message for the appropriate audience
  • Partner with Customer Success to address customers' and prospects' problems and needs from onboarding and integration throughout their relationship with Recruitics
  • Be the primary point of product support for internal users as well as a global client-base
  • Advise sales on product specifications and limitations, looking for creative solutions to client and prospect needs
  • Learn to proactively identify technical issues and convey unmet requirements to the Product Management team to drive future development, looking beyond the immediate problem to build efficient, long-term solutions
  • When needed, prepare and perform detailed product demonstrations and product prototypes to excite prospects
  • Build a knowledge of the industry and Recruitics products in order to become a "go-to" resource for solutions to problems big and small
  • Author, edit, and maintain an online knowledge base of customer issues and solutions
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an analytical and / or technical discipline (e.g. Econ, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, Math, etc) is required
    • Basic knowledge of XML, HTML or other markup language(s)
    • Basic understanding of URL tracking technology
    • Independent, self-motivated, and able to be flexible and multi-task in a fluid work environment
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage work efficiently and effectively
    • Great communication skills to translate technical language to non-technical users
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with client services, product, engineering, account management, and other stakeholders

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regular Expressions and SQL preferred
      • Experience with online ticketing system for logging and resolving issues preferred
      • 1 - 2 years of experience working with job boards, job search engines, and recruitment technology platforms highly desired
