law associates to join our team and help us handle our explosive

will carry a reasonably sized caseload, with the expectation that
he or she will provide service that surprises. We expect our

develop a healthy work-life balance. Compensation: $80,000 -
$90,000 yearly Responsibilities: As a junior family law associate,
your job responsibilities would typically include: Assisting senior
attorneys: You will work closely with experienced family law
attorneys and provide support in various aspects of their cases.
This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents,
and preparing briefs. Client communication: You will have regular
interactions with clients, both in-person and through written
communication. You will be responsible for gathering information
from clients, discussing case updates, and addressing their
concerns. Case preparation: You will be involved in the preparation
of family law cases, which may involve divorce, child custody,
spousal support, adoption, or other related matters. This includes
conducting interviews, gathering evidence, organizing documents,
and preparing case summaries. Legal research and writing: You will
be responsible for conducting thorough legal research on family law
issues, including statutes, regulations, and case precedents. Based
on your research, you will draft legal memoranda, motions, and
other legal documents to support the case. Court appearances and
hearings: As a junior associate, you may have the opportunity to
attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
with senior attorneys. This will give you exposure to the courtroom
environment and allow you to gain practical experience. Document
review and analysis: You will be responsible for reviewing and
analyzing various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements,
financial records, and pleadings. This involves identifying
relevant information, assessing its impact on the case, and
preparing summaries for the legal team. Qualifications: Licensed to
practice law - and in good standing - in the state of Georgia.

Must be proficient in performing legal research and writing Must
