Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a Techno Functional Business Analyst in
Capital Markets & Wealth Management - In this role, you will be
contributing to different phases of software development and
enhancements. You will be responsible for leading business system
analysis; eliciting business requirements, performing gap and
impact analysis using AI tools for efficiency, and providing
requirements through Jira to the development team. You will be
responsible for understanding different layers of software
development and enhancements, acting as a liaison between the
business and the IT development team. You will have the opportunity
to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients
to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required
from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of
progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education. At least 4 years of experience with Information
Technology. Candidate must be located within the commuting distance
of Alpharetta, GA or be willing to relocate to this location. This
position may require travel to project locations. Candidates

time. Strong experience in Capital markets, wealth Management, SQL
and Financial domain Preferred Qualifications: Proven years of
experience as a Business System Analyst in Capital Markets & Wealth
Management domain Basics of Generative AI & experience with any AI
agents (Agentic AI tools like MS Copilot), Prompts Engineering is
preferred Prefer strong data and domain knowledge with the ability
to drive identification of solution options and recommendations for
the product. Build relationships with upstream and downstream
stakeholders and be key liaison for team Develop expert data and
domain knowledge, problem solver-Drive identification of solution
options and recommendation for the product Excellent
problem-solving abilities, ability to identify risks and issues and
propose improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
excellent verbal and written communication skills. The job entails
sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of
time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to
face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Benefits
