This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized
perioperative nursing care, adhering to professional standards and
ethical nursing practice. The position empowers nurses to utilize
strong critical thinking and analytical skills, promote safety, and
partner closely with patients and families throughout their
surgical experience. Core Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive
nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning,
implementation, and evaluation tailored to individual perioperative
needs using evidence-based practices. Collaborate effectively with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated care delivery
and inclusive communication. Participate actively in performance
improvement initiatives, shared governance, and ongoing
professional development including clinical competency and
mandatory education. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, promoting a
healthy and knowledgeable workforce. Uphold healthcare policies,
patient safety goals, legal and accreditation standards. Assist in
protocol development to optimize patient outcomes and resource use.
Qualifications and Experience: Associates Degree or Diploma in
Nursing required; Bachelors Degree preferred. Current RN license,
either Single State or Multi-State Compact. BLS certification
required upon hire. Less than 1-year direct patient care experience
acceptable after graduation. Strong English communication skills,
proficiency with clinical technology, and ability to manage time
efficiently. Demonstrated ability to remain composed in fast-paced,
emergency situations. Location:Situated in Acworth, GA, this role
