Practitioner (NP) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $89000.00 - $100000.00
A growing neonatal physician group in Chattanooga, Tennessee is
seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner to join its established Level III
neonatal team. Located in a scenic riverfront community, this role
offers exceptional work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and a
close-knit, highly supportive neonatal team. Why this stands out -
$62/hour × 24-hour shifts - Only 5 shifts per month = full benefits
- Self-scheduling with flexible swaps - Level III NICU – 22-bed
unit - 1 APP on service at a time - Work alongside Neonatologists
experienced APP team What you’ll do - Provide neonatal care in a
Level III NICU setting - Collaborate with Neonatologists and APP
team on patient management - Participate in flexible 24-hour
in-house coverage schedule - Support high-quality neonatal care in
a collaborative environment What we’re looking for - Nurse
Practitioner - NICU experience preferred - Open to strong new grads
with NICU background - RN NICU background considered - DEA required
