CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a talented Learning & Development Manager to join our Talent Management Team located in either Albany, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA. We offer most employees the option of a hybrid schedule with a work week that includes both office and work from home days

YOUR IMPACT

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of best-in-class solutions that support desired business and performance outcomes. This position will be responsible for identifying and addressing training needs, maintaining a consistent culture regarding training, and overseeing the effectiveness of training programs, outcomes, and resources.

With a focus always on strong employee engagement, a successful individual will have excellent project management skills and be able to think big, while also being intimately involved in end-to-end execution. Cultivating collaborative relationships with CHA leadership and HR team members will be critical as we work to create learning and development opportunities that improve performance, retention, and our overall employee experience.

This role will be accountable for driving new initiatives and projects in areas such as culture, diversity, recognition, and leadership development, as well as analyzing current programs and recommending enhancements based on best practices. REQUIREMENTS

* You have Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required)
* You have over 10 years of experience working in human resources, including developing and implementing key talent programs such as employee training, leadership development, inclusion and diversity, recognition, etc.
* You have some prior experience leading others, ideally directly, but indirectly could work as well
* You create strong project plans and can execute them, always with strong attention to detail and commitment to timelines.
* You can describe the core characteristics that lead to high levels of performance and suggest specific approaches to increase workforce engagement
* You take pride in building strong relationships with people across the organization.
* You possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* You believe that human resources professionals should seek to understand business goals and apply a data-driven approach to effectively advise on core people issues
* You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are able synthesize complex information into easily digestible insights
* You are committed to protecting confidential information and act with integrity-choosing courage over comfort, pursuing what is right over what is easy, and practicing company values rather than simply professing them
