Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Canton, GA Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $40 to $45 per hour Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week contract assignment at a hospital-based setting in Canton, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and be skilled in providing comprehensive social work services to diverse patient populations. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care, discharge planning, and psychosocial assessments. Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients and families Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams for discharge planning Coordinate referrals to community resources and support services Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in social work, preferably in an acute care hospital setting Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) certification (required) AHA BLS certification (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment Must have acute care hospital experience No local candidates within a 50-mile radius Benefits Competitive weekly pay Guaranteed 36 hours per week Overtime pay: Daily OT after 24 hours (multiplier-based) Weekly OT after 40 hours (multiplier-based) Opportunity to work in a reputable hospital setting Supportive and collaborative care team
