What You'll Do Deliver Top-Notch Patient Care Use the full nursing process-assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation-to provide evidence-based, compassionate care. Think on Your Feet Bring sharp clinical judgment and critical thinking to manage complex situations. Medication Mastery Administer meds and perform safety checks with diligence and care. Educate & Empower Patients Help patients and families understand procedures, treatments, and recovery plans. Prioritize Safety & Quality Verify patient identities, follow all protocols, and document with precision. What You Bring to the Table Education - Diploma from an accredited nursing program required. - BSN preferred. Licensure & Certs - Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required. - BLS required. - NRP required. - ACLS & PALS preferred. Experience - Minimum 2 years of recent experience in NICU related nursing care in a hospital setting required. Skills & Strengths - Fluent in English (spoken & written) required. - Collaborative, patient-first mindset. - Cool under pressure with top-notch time management.
