Job Description Job Description Opportunities for RNs & LPNs in Trauma Surgical (Full-time/Part-time, Days & Nights) This position provides both full-time and part-time roles for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) within a trauma surgical unit, delivering direct care to patients of all ages. Stay Pay Program - Earn an additional $2/hr during productive hours (24/7 bedside eligible position) at your 2, 5, 10, and 20-year anniversaries (up to $8/hr) ? LPN to RN Bridge Program Support ? Qualifications for RNs: Required Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution; BSN preferred Licensure: Must possess a current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the State of Missouri Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association Qualifications for LPNs: Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Experience: 1 year of LPN experience Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable educational experience and successful licensure. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license in the state where nursing duties are performed, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire LPN-IV Certification must be completed prior or within 3 months of hire Why Join Us?
