Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Canton, GA Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $15 to $20 per hour Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position A Laboratory Assistant supports laboratory operations by preparing samples, maintaining equipment, and assisting technicians and scientists to ensure accurate and efficient testing. Department: 702C Clinical Lab - Lab Asst Key Responsibilities: Collect, label, and prepare specimens for testing Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and work areas Record and organize test results and data Assist lab technologists and scientists in daily tasks Ensure proper storage and handling of samples Follow safety, infection control, and quality standards Manage inventory of lab supplies Requirements No local candidates within 50 miles. Schedule 7p-730a T-Th 13 weeks Requirements: Min of 2 years of experience within specialty. Phlebotomy experience required. Hospital Lab exp. We need someone who can move quickly from patient to patient collecting at least 10 patients per hour.
