Job Description Job Title: Medical Lab Quality Assurance Supervisor (Full-Time, Day Shift) Location: Northern Georgia Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Shift: Day Shift Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Lab Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general laboratory operations, including blood bank experience. This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across laboratory processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage quality assurance activities in the laboratory. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed. Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate with laboratory staff to implement best practices. Support training and development programs for laboratory personnel. Qualifications: Proven experience in general laboratory operations, including blood bank procedures. Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes in a medical lab setting. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
