Job Description:
Kellanova invites applications for the role of Quality and Food
Safety Supervisor, a vital position within our Quality Assurance &
Testing department. Being a leader in snacking, cereals, noodles,
and frozen breakfast sectors, Kellanova is committed to maintaining
the highest standards of food safety and quality, adhering to both
our internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory
requirements. This role involves overseeing our quality assurance
processes, managing our on-site food safety programs, and leading a
team dedicated to ensuring that all our products continue to meet
the standards expected of our globally recognized brands such as
Cheez-It®, Pringles®, and Eggo®. The ideal candidate will be a
proactive leader with a keen eye for detail and a robust
understanding of both national and international food safety
regulations. Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to
ensure compliance with all applicable food safety standards.
Develop and implement ongoing quality testing programs across all
production lines. Manage and conduct regular audits both internally
and externally to ensure continuous compliance and certification.
Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure quality and safety
of all incoming materials. Provide training and support for all
quality and food safety initiatives. Conduct risk assessments and
develop preventative measures against potential safety issues.
Report to upper management on quality and safety metrics and
improvement strategies. Strong leadership skills and ability to
motivate a team. Exceptional knowledge of food safety standards
including HACCP, ISO 22000. Ability to manage multiple projects and
stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency in quality assurance
software tools and databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving
