Job Description Job Description Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Utility Monitoring Technician to join our client's team in the Kingston, GA area. This role involves overseeing both mechanical and electrical systems within the Central Control Room (CCR), as well as managing measurement and control systems and their components. Key responsibilities include monitoring the operation of facilities, tracking alarms and trips, conducting root cause analyses, and adjusting set points as directed by engineers. Additionally, the technician is tasked with reviewing monitoring data and facility performance, collaborating with supervisors and technicians to address any issues related to malfunctions, alarms, or underperformance. Furthermore, the technician must document log data, trends, and event records using the Central Utility/Power Monitoring system. This role offers opportunity for growth and advancement. Responsibility : Electrical Power Monitoring Utility/HVAC Monitoring Energy Monitoring Shut down/Trouble/Emergency respond/support Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field preferred. Preferred Telecommunication Network experiences or understanding Preferred HVAC Utilities, electric system, Automation PLC experiences or understanding Capability to read and comprehend various documents, including safety regulations, operating and maintenance guidelines, and procedural manuals Ability to compose routine reports and correspondence effectively Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in front of groups of employees within the organization is essential.
