TIBCO - we are just scratching the surface.Overview Reporting to the TIBCO Americas Partners Senior Director, the TIBCO Partners Manager is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and management of partner relationships (reseller, referral, agent, and strategic partners) focusing on leveraging account plans to drive enterprise market adoption of TIBCO solutions to achieve partner/company new bookings and enterprise new logo growth objectives. The Manager's primary responsibility is the revenue growth through an ecosystem of North America-based Value Added Resellers and Consultancies. The role will lead the optimization and activation of an existing partner base, while simultaneously accelerating the development of new partners. The successful candidate will have proven success managing a wide variety of go-to-market and technical partner profiles. What You'll Do - Exceed quarterly and annual bookings quota, new logo objectives, goals for partner-connected sales, targets for partner deal registrations. - Drive a culture of partner led opportunities. - Develop and help execute partner strategy in North America - Provide strategic guidance to TIBCO Sales, Marketing, Support, Sales and Pre-sales team while working closely with Partner Programs, Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement, Global Solutions Architects, Systems Engineers, and Customer Support Managers in a fast-paced, still-evolving, cross-functional team environment. - Establish direct contacts with priority partners at a senior level, demonstrating strong sales and marketing skills in those interactions, assisting team in maximizing increased deal registrations and fill partner-connected sales funnel. - Expertly articulate the business value of reselling or 'sell with' TIBCO. - Instill disciplined cadence of partner pipeline reviews with the prioritized partners. - Proactively seek out areas of improvement in TIBCO's Partner Sales efforts, map action plans to address, and enlist others as appropriate to achieve positive change. - Liason between partners and TIBCO sales team.Who You Are - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of proven success in partner sales or in enterprise software in an inside and or outside sales model. - The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the markets for Advanced Analytics, Cloud Integration, Master Data Management, Big Data and/or Data Science Platforms. - Proven track record of driving partner sales targets and exceeding quota attainment for enterprise software. - Demonstrated success developing national and regional partners from the ground up. - Superb written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technology features into business benefits. - Polished presentation skills to audiences large and small; highly articulate ambassador for TIBCO Partner Sales. - Experience driving integrated solutions that bundle partner services to create joint offerings. - Ability to develop go-to-market plans to promote joint solution awareness among partner's end user customer base. - Talented cross-functional collaborator able to develop trusted relationships and rapport. - Proficient in MS Office, Google products and strong knowledge of ************** expected. - Daily work from the TIBCO Atlanta or Chapel Hill Office; Travel Required
