Job Description

Company has an immediate open for a seasoned Sales Executive to develop and execute long-term US Enterprise sales and strategic plans for the team and product revenue growth of our ERP offering, Company Business Cloud Enterprise Management. You will be responsible for clarifying, creating expectations, and managing to overall sales cycle through regional directors. You will be expected to collaborate closely with peers to execute strategies and key initiatives that drive organic business growth and partner/customer loyalty. You will identify, escalate, and/or network to find solutions to operational/organizational barriers that may impede success of the team and works with leaders across product lines to effectively support cross-sell initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Attracts, develops, and retains talented and engaged people on winning teams.
• Meets and/or exceeds broad goals including, but not limited to, revenue, customer growth and sales expenses.
• Manages Forecasts, Pipelines and predictability of revenue achievement at the individual and team levels.
• Manages the entire sales cycle to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.
• Responsible for managing resource coordination between sales, presales, and services.
• Coaches to strengthen, improve and enable sales team members in sales approach, business acumen, and performance.
• Networks with and advises on field experience with Product Management, Services & Support, R&D, & Operations regarding overall product portfolio strategy and execution.
• Creates a cohesive team by providing leadership that engages all staff, including the clear establishment of performance expectations, coaching, performance management, career development, discipline, reward and recognition, hiring, and positive morale.
• Partners with Sales Comp team to create optimal compensation plans that align employee behaviors with organizational goals.
• Ensures highest levels of professionalism.
• Timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues.
• Represents the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
• Regularly communicates with key customers, business partners and executives on significant issues and accomplishments.
• Effectively communicates company and department objectives, strategies and tactics to stakeholders.
• Responsible for revenue forecasting and reporting.
• Manages the team's workload and schedules to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Protect company proprietary and confidential information.

Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of Enterprise Sales experience in a large, complex software sales organization with experience managing sales teams in US and/or Canada, including 8 years of experience in a senior direct sales leadership role where goals were exceeded.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 75% - 100%.
• Experience with ERP Solutions highly preferred
• Significant experience with remote field-based sales teams with proven ability to obtain optimal sales results.
• Successful experience in leading a presales organization alongside direct, field sales.
• Demonstrates proven leadership skills to create extraordinary employee and customer experiences.
• Thinks globally to do what is right for the broader Company organization.
• Strong in program management execution, results driven, and ability to hold team accountable for end results setting appropriate milestones along the way to validate progress.
