Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of
experience in strategy consulting, financial engineering, or value
engineering, focusing on business transformation for global
enterprises. Experience building business cases for
technology-enabled change using both qualitative and quantitative
data analysis. Experience developing and launching new consulting
service offerings or products within unstructured or emerging
market environments. Experience managing customer-facing
engagements and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience advising C-level executives on technology strategy and
digital transformations. Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master’s
degree in a technical or financial field (e.g., Computer Science,
Engineering, Finance, Accounting). Certified in one or more cloud
certification (e.g., Google Cloud Digital Leader, FinOps Certified
Practitioner). Experience leading teams and inspiring team mates,
including practice management and operations, methodology
development, business development support, pre-sales, executive
relationship management, and managing delivery of complex
consulting engagements. Experience working with C-Level leaders
across business and technology to deliver business transformation
and achieve value realization from cloud technology investment.
Experience in technology strategy or digital transformation within
Fortune 100 or global-scale enterprise environments. About the job
In this role, you will work directly with Google’s most strategic
business customers and provide business value consulting,
transformation, and cloud financial management expertise, while
engaging with customers to accelerate their innovation and
transformation to Google Cloud. This role is part of the Delta
Innovation & Transformation team within Google Cloud Consulting.
Our mission is to delight customers with distinctive services that
deliver value with Google Cloud. Your role will include developing
compelling offerings and go-to-market initiatives through
collaboration across delta practices, Professional Services
Organization (PSO), Sales, and Google Cloud Consulting Account
Leads to generate pipeline, wins, and cloud consumption by aligning
on key business priorities and goals through a well-thought out
customer success plan. You will support the development of
highly-specialized products and services for Google Cloud customers
through leading business model design, pricing strategy, and cost
assessment for customer projects. You will also be responsible for
mentoring team members, guiding their immediate and long-term
direction and results. You will work collaboratively with the rest
of Google Cloud and across Google in maintaining long-term
productive partnerships and you must be able to take a broad vision
and can make structured action plans to execute that vision. This
will involve developing robust strategies for realizing value from
technology investments, encompassing revenue growth, customer
experience improvement, product development, cost & operational
efficiencies, FinOps and risk mitigation. Note that you will be

salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

development of the delta value proposition to differentiate market
positioning and resonate with target customers. Engage C-suite
stakeholders to uncover business challenges and translate insights
into compelling business value cases. Partner with leadership to
design integrated service offerings and drive scalable,
cross-functional GTM strategies. Convert the practice’s business
value to internal account teams and external clients to secure
buy-in and accelerate adoption. Develop data-driven financial
models and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses for AI solutions
tailored for C-level executives.
