Management Experience Hospitality Background (restaurants or
hotels) Sales Skills and Experience (a significant advantage)
Bilingual (Chinese and/or Spanish) Responsibilities : Increase
sales Maintain profit Contain customer complaints Manage customer
issues and assist Operations Manager with scheduling/operational
needs Perform basic cashier functions and loading products into
customer vehicles Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge
while leading and/or delegating product training within the store
location Manage the internal CRM system Support the management of a
~30,000sq.ft. warehouse / retail operation in business-to-business
retail sales environment and lead operations in absence of the
Operations Manager Lead a team of 2 – 5 members Conduct B2B
customer service / sales with a focus on building and developing
