Job Description:

solutions, is seeking a Hazardous Drug Delivery Specialist to join
our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in promoting our
cutting-edge medical products that ensure the safety of both
patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for driving the sales of our hazardous drug delivery
systems, collaborating closely with healthcare providers to
implement solutions that align with B. Braun's commitment to
eliminate preventable treatment errors and enhance safety. Develop
and execute sales strategies for hazardous drug delivery products
within assigned territory. Educate healthcare professionals on the
proper use and associated benefits of our products, ensuring
compliance with safety protocols. Maintain detailed knowledge of
the product line, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and
product development, to provide feedback from the field and assist
in developing new solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle from
prospecting to closure, including product demonstration, proposal
presentation, and negotiation. Document all sales activities and
interactions in CRM software, providing actionable reports to
management. Participate in regional and national trade shows and
conferences to promote B. Braun’s products and gather market
intelligence. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and
compliance, especially relating to hazardous materials. Proven
sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and communication.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with
healthcare providers. Knowledge of CRM software and proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving abilities and
attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in Handling Hazardous Drug
Delivery (CHHDD) is a plus. Relevant sales or industry-specific
certifications.
