Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative Team
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Create targeted prospecting lists and develop strategic sales
approaches
Onboard and coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) while
fostering a positive team environment
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize sales
processes and outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or
a related field; or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably in
the consumer-packaged goods industry
2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role with coaching
experience
Proficient in using sales intelligence tools and Salesforce
Strong analytical skills to leverage data for insights into client
needs and opportunities
