Job DescriptionSales Coordinator - Kennesaw, GANature and ScopeThe Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Sales team by managing and growing new prospects and existing customer relationships. This position will handle pre-determined accounts independently and assist with ongoing opportunities across all accounts within the designated territory and sales representatives. Additionally, the role will involve managing lead generation and inquiries to support business growth.Education and Experience Requirements Minimum - Bachelor's of Science Degree (Sales Career Track or Related) MBA preferred2-3 years of direct sales or sales support experience in the health and wellness space is required.CRM tool experience, Salesforce.com is required.Experience in contact/lead management is preferred.LocationRemoteOccasionally (Major accountabilitiesManager and support the sales teams' use of ADM's electronic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ERP systems.Independently manage pre-determined accounts in assigned territories from introduction/CRM entry to shipping and follow up.Responsibility for closing sales with new and current customers for orders, adding additional products and line extensions.Perform outbound sales calls and follow up on newly generated leads by properly vetting and identifying key opportunities.Assist in the scheduling and development of sales meetingsParticipate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action itemsManage ADM's electronic Contract Relationship Management system for all customer opportunities.Set up and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations and other sales actions.Independently manage pre-determined assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing customers.Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.Specific Skills (Required)Strong time management and organizaional skillsProficient in MicroSoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookRobust Customer Relationship Management systems skills preferredDemonstrates effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills.Sales meeting management (scheduling, agendas, actionable item identification, follow up)Project and timeline management skills for development and sale of new productsProfessional presentation development and deliveryComfortable with technical sales; learning, understanding, and re-iterating complex information.Must possess a valid driver's license.Specific Traits that would make you successful in this position.Eager to Learn: Demonstrates a strong desire to continuously absorb new information, retain and develop new skills.Excellent Communicator: Highly skilled in customer communications, both written and verbal.Innovative Thinker and Quick Problem Solver : Capable of thinking creatively and strategically when presented with challenges.Career-Oriented: Ambitious with a clear goal of advancing in a sales-oriented career.Excited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
