effectiveness of the department by performing a wide range of
administrative and general support duties in a fast-paced,
ever-changing environment. This position is based in Atlanta but
can be flexible on a part time basis to work virtually from
home.The Contributions You Will Make
- Primary focus is to serve as the admin for the Intermediary
Business Lines, including the Head of Broker Dealer Distribution,
the Head of Privates & Alternative Distribution, the Head of
Intermediary Business Development, the Head of Offshore and the
Head of Internal Sales. This role may also support the Head of
Global Distribution.
- Serve as the contact person for communication and follow-up on
internal and external contacts.
- Anticipate needs and/or next steps on current and upcoming
projects.
- Maintain and coordinate schedules and calendar.
- Organize and make all arrangements for meetings initiated by
the sales management team, obtaining discussion material in advance
of meetings.
- Develop and maintain periodic reports for management and
meetings as requested.
- Screen incoming mail, phone calls and correspondence; directly
resolving issues, if possible, and knowing when to seek
guidance.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
- Provide back-up administrative support for the department
staff.
- Track department employees' PTO use during calendar year.
- Initiate and/or assist in the organization and planning of
special projects or events.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with firm policies
and procedures while performing the role outlined above.
- Responsible for maintaining the Business Development Conference
Calendar, which includes helping manage the budget, facilitating
payments, meeting logistics (speakers and booth set up) and
attendees for each event, as well as tracking feedback from the
events.
- Serve as a backup for our Training Team in coordinating team
calls, scheduling events and building out training programs.Minimum
Knowledge and Experience
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years administrative support experience.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint, Adobe Professional.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.

responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the
expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s)
listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive
opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives,
and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the
achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this
salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work
within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya
Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual
compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based
upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience,
education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be
finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will
be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be
