Position Overview
The Sales Enablement Director will be a critical and visible leader
to influence and work with many of the most senior leaders at
ParkMobile. As Sales Enablement Director, you will partner with
subject matter experts and cross-functional leaders including
Sales, Operations, Marketing, R&D, Client Support, and other
teams across ParkMobile to build upon and enhance the current sales
enablement process while also introducing improvements for overall
performance across all levels of Sales Enablement. This position is
a office-first hybrid work model based in Atlanta, GA and will
report to the SVP, Marketing.
The Sales Enablement Director will contribute to enabling the
strategic direction of the sales team by equipping the team with up
to date product knowledge materials, competitive analysis and
benchmarking, and other tools to hit and exceed sales targets and
meet KPIs. We are a high-energy organization, and we are looking
for someone who can communicate at the executive level but who can
also drive action and understand details in order to make sure all
enablement programs are a success. Our ideal candidate has a
hands-on approach in concert with executing and thinking
strategically as we are quickly growing the business. The candidate
should have experience in shaping content, managing lead generation
efforts, overall event support/management, excels at PowerPoint,
skillful at small group presentations, and thrives on
collaboration.
What You'll Do
Lead a team that is responsible for building, updating, and
maintaining programs for ongoing enablement of salespeople to
ensure they have the necessary knowledge to perform and excel at
their jobs (product knowledge, sales playbook creation,
competitors' battle cards, collateral, etc)
Identify content gaps and organize content for the sales team and
others at ParkMobile. Manage the sales enablement content strategy
and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at
the point of need (case studies, brochures, one -sheeters, etc)
Document current business process, including evaluating assets,
collateral, and resources currently available today. Collaborate
with subject matter experts to design and implement improved
assets.
Oversee all logistics of trade shows while working closely with
designers for booth look and feel, coordination of the event for
all ParkMobile attendees, securing sponsorships, finding and
scheduling speaking opportunities, installation and tear down of
booths, and post-event reporting.
