Lead, Sales Enablement

Position Summary:

The Lead, Sales Enablement designs, develops, and implements the tools, processes, and strategies that the sales force will leverage. This role will support field sales through education on sales and marketing best practices, as well as implementing tools/technology/data to improve seller effectiveness. This role will create a learning and enablement infrastructure to drive efficiencies and maintain alignment. This role will interact with sales leaders, sales team members, manufacturers, and all functional departments to accelerate revenue and enable customers, TireHub and manufacturing partners.

Role Specifics:

Project manage sales processes and initiative from beginning to end, from idea to implementation.

Works with the Leader of the Sales Operations & Enablement team to enhance the sales continuous improvement program to ensure the evaluation and enhancement of existing systems, (i.e., CRM & Power BI) sales methodology and communications.

Define strategic and tactical vision for deployment of sales enablement best practices that enable end-users to add value during the customer-facing process.

Identifies opportunities for process improvement in collaboration with other sales leaders and sales team.

Focus enablement programs for go-to-market, as well as internal programs that drive critical go-to-market initiatives.

Collaborate with learning and development team to develop and conduct training sessions to educate the sales team on how to best utilize marketing and sales enablement materials and tools.

Work closely with sales teams to ensure their in-market behavior is aligned with TireHubs goals.

Facilitates the implementation of new sales initiatives and processes.

Proactively monitors and provides predictive analysis on sales data to support strategy achievement and business improvement.

Partner with system owners to drive optimization of sales technology tools while gathering insights from those tools to drive sales force performance.

Serves as a subject matter expert on assigned projects.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales & marketing functions especially in a matrixed environment
  • 2 years of experience in data analytics and predictive analytics roles
  • 2 years of Tires sales / inventory experience
  • Demonstrated sales training experience
  • Communications development experience
  • Experience with vendor/supplier management
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing / Sales / Data Science / Data Analytics (preferred)
  • Advanced degree preferred (i.e., MS, MBA)
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    CRM knowledge

    Data Analytics tools knowledge (PowerBI preferred)

    Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, esp. Microsoft Excel

    ERP knowledge (Prophet 21 preferred)

    eCommerce platform knowledge

    Ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues and recommend and implement procedures to resolve problems.

    Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes

    This position is based at TireHub's corporate offices in Dunwoody, Georgia.
