BUILT. Job SummaryLeviat North America is searching for a
results-oriented Sales Director that will lead a team to drive
sales with precast and prestressed concrete manufacturers and
specifiers across North America. This position reports directly to
the Regional President - North America. In this critical role the
Sales Director will champion our customer engagement strategy and
expand sales volume and profitability through strategic sales
management of a strong team of Territory Sales Managers in the
region. -This position -will support a regional team of 6-7 sales
professionals based in across the US. - The person can be based in
any major city across the US. - -Job Responsibilities
- Lead precast/prestress sales team in across North America -to
drive revenue for the business.
- Coach, mentors and teaches the sales team and drives the
adoption of internal and external best practices.
- Analyze metrics and performance of the team to identify areas
for coaching and improvement.
- Supports sales team with ride along coaching, participating in
client meetings, developing proposals and other aspects of the full
sales process.
- Measure and report on KPIs for the sales team.
- Implement pricing actions, processes & tools to inform sales
decisions and create revenue opportunities, while ensuring our
customer demands are met or exceeded.
- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the
effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer
satisfaction and sales potential.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, including Customer
Service, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Engineering, and Product
Management to create the best customer experience possible.
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales forecasts for volume and
revenue. -Job Requirements
- 10+ years in sales/account management in building materials,
construction, industrials or related
- Experience calling on precast/prestress
contractors/manufacturers is a plus
- Demonstrated successful history of building and managing top
performing sales teams
- Bachelor's Degree in business/engineering or equivalent
experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%What CRH Offers You
