Industrial Sales Specialist - Electric VibratorsAn ADP client is
currently recruiting for an experienced individual to
be our next Industrial Sales to join our teams in our Western USA
Region and/or Southwestern Region including Atlanta / Duluth, GA
30096 areas. This
is a remote role.Who We Are:We are an international

with industrial vibrators, electric vibrators, pneumatic vibrators,
concrete
consolidation, and a vast range of products designed to adapt to
multiple applications
in the widest range of industrial sectors.About the Role:The ideal
candidate will prospect and
generate new commercial business as well as perform cold calls in
the field to
generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to
support existing
clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations. This
is a Market
developer position, need to be able to search, find and contact
prospects and
explain our competitive advantages.What you'll do:Core duties and
responsibilities include the following. Identifies key
accounts/leads, manages prospects, creates, and executes
account plan to acquire new business.Establishes and
maintains relationships with key industrial accounts.Services
existing clients and develops new clientele.Effectively
demonstrates product line.Meets established goals for territory
development and sales quotas.For Western USA/Canada - Establishes
and maintains relationships
with key industrial accounts in the Western USA and Canada
(Arizona,
California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington state, BC and
Alberta,
Canada).For Southwestern Region - Establishes and maintains
relationships
with key industrial accounts in the states of Alabama, Arkansas,
Florida, Georgia,
Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and
Tennessee).Manages self-management ability required - after an
initial
training candidate will be invited to search, contact, close
deals
independently.Is responsible for meeting additional KPI targets
including billings growth YoY (year-over-year growth), conversion
rate, and
sales & operation planning and customer scorecard.Attends trade
shows to generate leads and
create company brand image.Performs other related
duties as assigned by supervisor or management.Our Perfect
CandidateEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in
Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Technical specifications
or related
field, or equal experience.5 to 10 years'
experience in cold calling sales with strong history of
success.Must be able to travel
70%+ - Must be a Road Warrior.Experienced in
developing and executing territory sales strategies.Proficient on
CRM
reporting.Proficient in Microsoft
Applications i.e., Excel and PowerPoint.Any experience with
inventory,
logistics, shipping/receiving software's a plus.Experienced in
creating
strong presentations to demonstrate experience and closing
profitable deals.Required Abilities and
Skills:Excellent interpersonal,
verbal, and written communication skills.Recommends
price proposals/changes, product changes, delivery changes and
other
miscellaneous programs as needed to meet market/customer needs.
Strong negotiation,
influencing, prioritizing, and closing skills.Communicates
effectively with distributors and customers on new or revised
marketing
policies and procedures periodic review of open orders, forecasts,
inventory
levels and other goals and performance metrics.Recommends
price proposals/changes, product changes, delivery changes and
other miscellaneous
programs as needed to meet market/customer needs.Coordinates
special marketing or growth programs to grow organic sales.Ability
to Analyze
and recommend changes as appropriate in customer assignments
and/or
distribution coverage.Company Offers: Annual salary range is
$80k to $85k, will be commensurate with experience and
education.20% bonus based on KPI's.Flexible working hours
