As a Carvant Financial Sales Manager, you are the face of the company! Your ability to leverage the relationships you build makes you the single most important factor in growing our business. You would be responsible for business to business (B2B) sales, maintaining the existing customer base while achieving high quality customer satisfaction (which includes 24/7 availability) and retention; as well as increasing market share in assigned territories. And when your dealers make more money, so will you.A day in the life of an Outside Sales Representative: An average of 5-10 dealership visits daily focused on: Signing new dealerships, growing the application count with existing dealerships, and capturing approved contracts. Review applications with your dealer partners and helping them to structure or restructure deals as needed to fit our programs. Act as a consultant/partner to F&I Managers to ensure maximum profitability for the dealership through the sale of Carvant products. Work closely with your Underwriter and Funder to ensure loan approvals and fast funding. Building and maintaining dealer relationships and following up on approved loan applications. Provide best-in-class customer service to your dealer customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The ability to work out of your home and travel daily (within a 70 mile radius) to call on dealers. (A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance are required.) Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be able to work Saturdays as needed out in the field. Must be high energy and engaging - someone people enjoy working with. Above average work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently. High level of objectivity with openness to feedback and change. Education/Experience 1-2 years previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success. Previous experience in Business to Business Sales preferred but not required.
