Sales Executive
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executiveto join our
team. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition
and revenue growth objectives. Sales Executives responsibilities
include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action
plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to
achieve your financial targets. Duties will include hitting annual
targets, building relationships and understanding customer
trends.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Works closely with VP/Director of Sales to achieve financial
goals
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key
personnel in assigned customer accounts and business verticals
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned markets
and key accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and
expand our position with assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and
objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals
and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Creating quotes, performing web and in-person demonstrations
and logging activities into Salesforce.com
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and
strategic objectives in assigned accounts and/or territories
- Creating new and maintaining established relationships within
your assigned market
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective
customers
- Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market
trends
- Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing
information, support and guidance
- Preparing reports by collecting sales information and
statistics
- Working with senior management to establish sales goals and
increase market share & revenue
- Collaborate with senior management and assigned team members to
build out a sales team specifically targeting your assigned
market
- Working with our marketing team to construct marketing material
and presentation collateral
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer
needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company
personnel
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning
process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial
targets, and critical milestones
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company
standards
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- 2-3 years proven sales executive experience, meeting or
exceeding targets
- Previous experience as sales executive in a SaaS company
preferred
- Proven lead generation skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to
close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products
and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience using Salesforce or sales CRM
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 50%
