Job Description:

The Inside Sales Development Manager at Blume Global will lead a team of inside sales reps and help our sales teams build a robust sales pipeline through engaging inbound leads and account-based prospecting. The SDM generates opportunities through sharing new ideas, business trends, and Blume Global point of view with prospects. They also provide feedback to both the marketing and sales organizations.Blume Global is looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter with a mindset to focus on identifying, developing, and nurturing prospective customers. In this role, you are a strategic prospector comfortable with calling and engaging supply chain, logistics, and operations executives, navigating large organizations, and conducting account-based research. To be successful, you must have enthusiasm, demonstrate initiative, have outstanding business acumen, excellent work ethic, and be able to mentor & lead a team of 5-6 reps. Responsibilities:

  • Hire, onboard, train, and manage Sales Development Representatives(SDR).
  • Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives.
  • Create outbound campaigns, messaging/talk tracks, ABM plays for target accounts, and align strategies with marketing and sales reps around target industries/roles/etc.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards that help maximize SDR performance.
  • Ensure all prospecting activities conducted by the SDR team are aligned with both Blume's core value propositions and prospect pain points.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to ensure effective handoff of prospects.
  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to optimize pipeline and revenue creation.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries from marketing demand generation activities to achieve lead generation targets.
  • Understand Blume's product portfolio and effectively communicate Blume's overall value proposition to key decision-makers.
  • Document activities and prospect interactions in to ensure efficient lead management and nurturing within the context of our sales process.
  • Disciplined and diligent approach to daily time and task management.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
    • B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
    • 4(+) years of recent experience in a similar role.
    • Passion for prospecting and sales best practices.
    • Experience with Account-Based Marketing prospecting and selling techniques.
    • Experience documenting and reporting sales activities in Salesforce.
    • Proven history of achieving business targets.
    • Must be decisive, conscientious, and interact well in a team.
    • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, team player with a "can-do attitude".
    • Exposure to the Logistics industry is a plus.
