Company Overview
The Endless Group is a cannabis holding company headquartered in Asheville, NC. We develop & self-distribute the most satisfying, potent, and effective cannabis products in the southern and midwestern United States.
Many of our products are as strong as what you would buy in a recreational or medical dispensary. Our secret? Scientific innovation and legal ingenuity. We exist to give Americans in the south & midwest what they really want-- quality cannabis products widely available for safe & legal purchase.
Endless was founded in August of 2019 by Zach Pinnell and Landon Washam. We grew up in Sunday School together, and later attended the same college. After college, Zach managed the largest sales territory for a Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods business, and, as a Certified Public Accountant, Landon worked as a forensic accountant.
We left our day jobs in 2018 to build a digital marketing agency, then decided to go all-in on cannabis. Two years later, weve served -100,000 customers, our consumer sales are estimated at $5.5 million, and we have a team of 15 people.
Position Overview
This ad is for a job with Endless Distribution, which develops & manages retail partnerships for our brands. Were currently partnered with over 750 independently owned convenience stores and liquor stores throughout Nebraska, Missouri, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. By the end of 2021, we aim to work with over 2,500.
Last year, America's in-store convenience store sales totaled $362B across 153,000 different stores. Unlike most of American retail, convenience store sales are growing 3% per year.As an Field Sales Executive, you will help us build, promote, and support our portfolio of cannabis brands at retail. Our commission-heavy compensation plan allows you to reap the rewards of your hard work, with no ceiling. All of our reps earn over $100,000/year.
You will forge new retail partnerships by approaching prospective new operators in their stores. Our average close rate is 50%, cold! And 33% of our retail partners are referred by existing partners. How? We truly treat our customers like partners.

  • We offer Net-30 terms so they can sell our products before they pay us
  • We allow free exchanges & returns on products that dont move, so stale product doesnt sit on their shelves tightening up their cash flow
  • We let them double their money on every product they sell for us, at a minimum
  • We provide them with free merchandising displays for our products so that finding space is less challenging
  • We provide outdoor signs, posters, and brochures to drive awareness & help consumers understand our products
    We provide you with an interactive map of all prospective new retail partners in your market so you can easily find new retailers and manage leads. This map even tells you how many consumers shop at each store monthly! You can easily track your progress and take notes in the app.
    After winning a new retail partner, you will help them drive product volume through their store by advising on merchandising, pricing, and SKU management, and by engaging with consumers in-store. Over time, you will sell-in new brands & products to your retail partners stores to maximize consumer satisfaction & per-store sales.
    Partners can order more product autonomously through our online order form, and they can refer other stores through another form. Additionally, we track performance data meticulously so we can email & text them helpful, relevant information.
    To get you started, Endless Distribution Company's CEO, Zach Pinnell, will personally work with you in the field for your first few days, and a day or two per quarter going forward (as needed). Zach will always be available by phone or message for your questions.
    We have training materials (videos, decks, & guides) for you to familiarize yourself with the job and review later, as needed. You will also work closely with the fulfillment team, the accounting team, and your peers in the sales side of things, to bounce ideas, facilitate deals, and clear up any confusion.
    Our Brands & Products
    Our flagship brand, Legals Hemp Flower, claims -15% of all consumer sales in the segment by revenue. Its a high-end brand with the look & feel of vintage liquor. The packaging consists of a borosilicate jar, a rubber-sealing bamboo top, and thick, textured labels. The flower quality is exceptional! Often indistinguishable from top-shelf rec / med flower.
    Fitzgerald launched in February 21 as a Great Gatsby / Roaring 20s themed Delta-8 vape brand, and its already our largest brand by revenue. Fitz products feature real CCELL hardware that hits hard but smooth, and rare, exotic formulas. The packaging is soft to the touch with a hot-foil stamped design.
    In August, were launching an edibles-focused brand called Space Confections, complete with gummies, syrup, drink powders, and more. By Q2 of 2022, we plan to launch a hemp cigarette brand, a tincture & capsule brand, and a cannabis-infused intimacy brand (condoms & lubes).Our brands are so successful because we care so much about the quality of our products and the end consumers who enjoy them. We do not race to the bottom on price.
    Compensation & Benefits
    All of our sales reps earn over $1000,000/year. In addition to high cash compensation, employees enjoy (1) a flexible schedule with unlimited vacation & holidays, (2) a retirement plan, (3) free product, and (4) healthcare.
    What you earn will be tied directly to the results that you produce for us and your retail trade partners. We pay a commission on sales, plus $.58 every mile you drive (about 5x the cost of gas for most vehicles).
    To get you started, well apply multipliers to your commissions for your first 6 months on the job. The multipliers are intended to support you financially while you grow your market to maturity. Then, your commission rate will remain steady and you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on profitability.
    Commission rates do change with new brand and product launches, but will always be structured such that top producers earn over $200,000 annually.
    Expectations
    Our compensation plan is more lucrative than any other sales opportunity in retail distribution. This is a highly entrepreneurial role. Its not for someone who wants a simple, reliable 9-to-5 making average money. Its for people who want to grind hard and reap the reward, and get the experience of building and running a business.
    Plan on spending the work week prospecting for new business and managing existing partnerships, then some nights & weekends engaging with consumers in stores and setting up new retail partners with product, displays, and merchandising.
    For the right people, this position is both lucrative and a lot of fun. Its all about relationships. If you enjoy spending time with small business owners and talking to consumers who are enthusiastic about cannabis, you will have a good time.
    The Ideal Candidate
    • You should be located in Atlanta, or nearby.
    • You should have a track record of sales success, ideally in retail / c-stores / liquor stores. Share with us the data that proves you are exceptional, and tell us what you did to get those results.
    • You should be technically inclined, capable of leveraging technology and learning new things. Our use of technology is a huge advantage in a sea of dinosaurs. If you arent good with technology, you wont succeed in this role.
    • You should have strong mental math skills, so you can work deals effectively on the fly and analyze data for opportunity. We are a data-driven organization, and we expect you to understand & capitalize on our insights. If you suck at math, this job isnt for you.
    • You should be exceptionally good at managing your emotions, and you should live for challenges. Outside sales is a tough, up-and-down roller coaster.
    • You should be clear & concise in your communication, particularly when it comes to writing. Be exceptionally kind & polite in your interactions, too. Appear to customers as someone they can trust, and follow-through for them.
    • You should be self-motivated, and organized. No one will be watching you while you work or holding your hand. We will only watch your results, and so will your paycheck. Strategize. Plan. Execute.
    • You should be efficient with time & resources. You should be able to identify what action items are high impact and / or high urgency, and what action items are not. We want you to be able to make good decisions with little direction, and let your results reflect your competency.
    • We should be attentive-to-detail. Great brands sweat the small stuff. Our team loves the products we make, and we care to make them well. We make everything by hand for a reason.
      Background Checks & Drug Testing
