ABOUT THE ROLE
Genexa is seeking a meticulous and energetic Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic, innovative team at our Atlanta, GA headquarters. The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with all members of the sales team and will be responsible for supporting the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the sales team. YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBILE FOR
The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Build presentations with a strong grasp in the understanding of design features
Distribute samples to retailers and physicians.
Submit retailer promotional forms
Work with external vendors to purchase swag and other promotional/marketing materials
Manage review product submission calendar
Preparation for travel, trade shows and other trade events
Develop and maintain a digital filing system
Book travel arrangements and manage calendars
Act as the first point of contact for sales information requests
Help manage day-to-day sales related questions
Route inbound sales inquiries to proper sales representative
Provide outstanding customer service to customers
Exercising administrative judgment; assuming responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
Performing other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or degree in related field or equivalent
Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Adobe (or comparable design software) and any other design software
Experience with management of Hubspot or similar CRM platform
Experience building, designing, and customizing presentations using high quality creative concepting in PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and time constraints
Exceptional organizational skills, follow up, and high attention to details
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
Strong self-confidence to take initiative to handle big projects
Thrives under pressure and hates being bored
