Outside Sales Representative
Our Outside Sales Representatives are highly visible, empowered,
and experienced relationship-building and deal-making machines who
have a successful history of generating significant positive
operational impact. They build relationships with large commercial
roofing providers and they also get to know the many local roofers
This strategic role requires a combination of aptitude, character,
organization, ambition and integrity. Our sales representatives are
the face of our organization. This is a highly regarded role and
recognized by our employees as the person whose efforts begin and
sustain the success of the company.
Although a role of autonomy, our Outsides Sales Reps are a key
partner to the branchs Managing Partner. They focus on relationship
management and co-leading the orchestration of a strategic,
high-performance, fast paced sales cycle that always concludes with
happy, satisfied customers.
- Promote and aid in the selling and supplying of Elite Roofing
Supplys product lines and services with a focus on meeting and
exceeding sales objectives.
- Roofing Supplies or Building product sales is a must.
- Build relationships and manage existing customers by instilling
value and trust.
- Seek new prospects, develop new accounts and rework existing
non-active customers. Use applicable sources such as face to face
meetings, emails, cold calls, social media and other means.
- Achieve sales plans and goals.
- Identify needs, build relationships and negotiate positive
(win-win) contracts for continued/future business.
- Advance their knowledge of product lines through product
- Project a professional image of Elite Roofing Supply.
