We're not looking to fill jobs, we want to grow careers! -We are looking for Transactional Sales Representative 1 to promote, sell and retain business related to our transactional products, primarily over the phone. You will conduct online product demonstrations with potential and current customers and build relationships to drive business. - -Essential Functions

  • Execute a sales plan for penetrating the market
  • Maintain a high daily volume of activity including calls and emails in a transactional sales environment
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Renew, retain, and up-sell to existing clients
  • Accurately track all client and sales activity in Salesforce
  • Skillfully deliver web-based presentations to customers and prospects using inside sales best practicesQualifications
    • A 2-year degree is required, 4-year degree preferred in a relatable field
    • 1 year of prior sales experience with closing responsibilities, in a professional business environment
    • Strong computer skills, including and MS Office Applications. -
    • Multitasker, with the ability to handle phone, e-mail, and online chat. Often at the same time
