Our distinction is the track record we have increasing our customers' return on investment in their SDFC implementation.SPAR Solutions is seeking proven, hunter sales performer, to help us expand our customer footprint throughout the country. Responsibilities include closing engagements with companies in the Insurance, Healthcare and High-Tech industries. This position can be based out the SPAR corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA, or in the Bay Area, California, and will report directly to the VP of Sales.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesHunt new sales opportunities, prepare and assist with software demos, create and deliver proposals, and close new deals.Effectively manage a sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets and forecasts.Collaboratively work with the management team to develop deal strategy and positioning of solution offerings.Prepare compelling, professional proposals to be delivered to prospective customers.Sell consultatively while adhering to a systematic and thoughtful sales process.Actively use internal CRM system to report on sales activities and updates on key deals and forecast.Close/negotiate fast moving deals as well as slow, complex deals.Strategically prospect a select list of targets to continually build awareness of SPAR capabilities.Willingness to learn & grow while responding to management direction and soliciting feedback to improve performance.Required ExperienceTrack record of at least 5-10 years over exceeding quota of at least one-million dollars in software implementation services.Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.High level of knowledge of CRM, and their competitors.Clear, concise, written and verbal communication while listening effectively, interpreting information accurately.Well-organized, self-directed team player.
