Our mission is to accelerate the shift to preventative care (from status quo reactive care) through our world-class preventative care platform.Your Impact On Our Mission:As a Sales Development Representative/Account Executive Hybrid you'll own the top and mid-funnel of the sales process to help us meet and exceed our sales goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a sales/marketing team from inception at a mission-driven company growing :20% monthly. This position is a remote position where you'll master communicating value efficiently.Your day to day is---* Prospect and build a solid pipeline using various outbound strategies* Manage and qualify inbound leads* Perform discovery calls with inbound and outbound leads, to qualify for demo* Drive revenue by setting demo meetings for Sales team* Overtime, shift to personally performing demos as an account executive, and to closing deals personally* Articulate and evangelize CircleLink's value proposition to decision-makers at practices* Leverage a robust sales tech stack including Salesforce, Linkedin and other hacking toolsYou'll be successful in this role if you have---* Passion for improving healthcare* Active listening* Initiative to act independently and create scalable processes where none exist* Values action over words and proposing solutions over voicing concerns* Comfortable cold-calling, cold-emailing, performing demos and meeting senior executives* 0-3+ years in healthcare sales (non-healthcare experience also considered)Benefits:* Unlimited PTO* 95% covered health care coverage* Equity 0.02%-0.1%About CircleLink Health:CircleLink's technology platform plus nurse network provides chronic condition telephone coaching on behalf of doctors.
