202100273As the Senior Sales Enablement Manager your primary
responsibility is to be the key point of contact for sales
enablement tools for Cox Automotive sales teams. You will lead a
team focused on maintenance of current tools (use cases, license
counts, utilization, optimization and increased adoption,)
evaluating new tools as business needs occur, scaling when
appropriate and reducing redundancy whenever possible for the
enterprise. You will be the--point person for all execution of new
tool roll outs, working with individuals across the enterprise to
do so.Responsibilities:* Ensure successful execution across all CAI
Sales Teams when a new tool is stood up, expanded or enhanced.*
Work with SFX Partners to rationalize sales tool needs for
Greenfield Org.* Monitor overall effectiveness of tools in effort
to inform future strategy and ROI.* Provide strategic oversight for
Sales Tool contracts in direct partnership with CAI Supply Chain.*
Partner with Sales Business Office and Sales Leadership to drive
strategy.* Evaluate and Identify new tools/functionality
capabilities to enhance sales (virtual selling, etc.) * Become SME
in usage of sales tools for CAI Sales to elicit feedback from sales
and sales leadership when new tool assessment is needed.* Lead
pilots when evaluating new sales tools/enhancements.* Develop and
utilize engagement model across SBO and Sales Teams.* Identify,
align and engage with business owners for key enablement tools
(Seismic, Walk Me, etc.)* Work with business owners to identify
responsibilities for proper governance of key tools.* Determine
future budget assignments and right size license allocations.*
Rationalize redundant sales tools and work with leadership to
elicit buy in and budget necessary to develop an enterprise
approach. * Focus on reduction of operating costs, increased
adoption and utilization of sales enablement tools and decreasing
of rep onboarding time.* Partner closely with other peers within
the Sales Enablement team to create one vision for how technology
converges to enable the seller experience.* Point of contact for
key contract renewals.* Lead a team that will focus on utilization
strategy, use cases, optimization plan and change management for
specific sales enablement tools. Qualifications:* Bachelor's
Degree--and 7 years of related work experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience* 4+ years leading
enterprise-level projects and/or strategy in a highly complex
sales/sales operations environment, 5+ experience in sales/business
operations role or equivalent and--2+ years of leadership
experience strongly preferred* Ability to think broadly across
multiple business lines* Familiarity with various sales enablement
tools* Knowledge of existing CAI sales processes preferred* Ability
to think strategically and plan long term in a fast-paced
environment* Excellent presentation skills; strong skill in
effective communication with all levels of leadership* Ability to
create executive-level documentation via MS suite* Experienced team
leader with proven skill in change management and problem solving*
