Vector Marketing is currently holding virtual interviews for entry level sales rep positions. Our representatives have an opportunity to work from home selling Cutco products through one on one appointments that emphasizes customer service. Experience is not necessary because our online training is designed to help people do well immediately - as long as someone is willing to learn, they can be successful. We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income.\nWhat are the position details?Excellent pay – $15.00 base-appt that is not based on sales results. A commission structure is available and is set up based on performance. There is opportunity to make more, but there is still a fall back for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.\nSolid training – We've been training people to do well for over 35 years. We teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start, and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on. Even if someone doesn't decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, & communication skills they build are needed for any field.\nFlexible scheduling – We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work part time (20-30 hours), while others choose to earn extra income around other commitments such as classes, other jobs, or family obligations.\nChoice of location – Sales reps are able to interview, train, and work from their home or dorm.\nWhat are the requirements?Enjoy working with peopleAll ages eighteen plus or seventeen and a high school graduateConditions applyAble to start within the next 7 – 10 daysWilling to learn and apply new skills.\nWho would do well in the position?People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in retail, fast food, cashier, call center or telemarketing (which by the way, we don't do), administrative assistant, receptionist/office work, landscaping, and in just about any field you can imagine.
