JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of the position is to perform a variety of analytical assignments utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis to review and evaluate administrative operations and management practices for the purpose of improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. DUTIES: [ 'As a Management Analyst you will: Identify and analyze issues, problems, and challenges facing the organization. Formulate and evaluate possible courses of action. Develop or modifying procedures for carrying out managerial or administrative functions within the organization. Individually or as a team member, participates in surveys, studies and other investigations of management practices and administrative operations. Formulates and recommends itional policies and procedures or modifications to existing guidance. Develop policies, guidelines, instructions, and procedures for administrative and management requirements. All other duties assigned' ] REQUIREMENTS: US Citizenship is required. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Minimum Qualifications: GS-11: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 level of difficulty and responsibility in the Federal service as defined in the next paragraph. Specialized experience is experience at or equivalent to which is directly related to the position which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) to successfully perform the duties of the position to include experience in providing technical support for a variety of analytical, administrative, and business support services. OR A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. OR A combination of specialized experience and graduate level education that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position. GS-12: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level of in the Federal service as defined in the next paragraph. Specialized experience is experience which is directly related to the position which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) to successfully perform the duties of the position to include experience in performing programmatic operational, administrative, procurement/acquisition, travel, and property management tasks in support of an organization.
