Job Description:
Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nations premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Marietta, Georgia office. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3-5 years estimating experience in service related projects Experience estimating, electrical and lighting projects Identify labor, material and other requirements by studying and analyzing work orders, proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents Prepare complete labor, material and equipment estimates for single site and multi-site locations for interior and exterior commercial and industrial electrical and lighting projects Prepare detailed scopes and include supporting documentation Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors Confer with technicians, designers and subcontractors when necessary to collect required information or discuss pricing submittal details Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) MS Office and Excel knowledge Strong employment stability required EDUCATION: College degree preferred but not mandatory COMPENSATION: A strong total compensation package will be offered; however, details will only be disclosed during the interview process.
