• Type: Full-time
• Location: RemoteResponsibilities
• Notarize documents for titles and vehicle registrations.
• Process motor vehicle titles and registrations, including payment collection.
• Examine submitted documents for authenticity and issue licenses and registrations.
• Prepare and review documentation for titles, registrations, and license plates.
• Assist with daily cash-out, shipping, and record-keeping tasks.
• Enter data from Vehicle Applications into the DPS system, ensuring accuracy.
• Proofread and verify all vehicle registration information.
• Prepare end-of-day DPS reports.
• Perform office support tasks, including answering calls and customer inquiries.Qualifications
  • U.S. citizen with an active Notary Commission.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • At least one year of experience in banking, DMV, automotive registration, or motor vehicle titles.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
