The primary states that this role will be covering are Florida and Georgia.Job Summary:As a Franchise Business Consultant, your work will directly impact the success of the enterprise by influencing the performance and profitability of each Anytime Fitness Franchisee in your territory. You will assist Franchisees by providing a wide range of consulting and development services, developing and facilitating strategic initiatives to promote sales growth and profitability, and ensuring consistency through education and guidance on in-studio and multi-unit operations. Successful coaches will leverage their industry and business development experience to assess current performance, identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions based upon best practices, develop an action plan, and follow up to encourage follow-through.The Franchise Business Consultant reports to the Senior Manager Franchise Business Consultant. This position will provide service across multiple states and communities and may require up to 10% travel within and outside of their assigned geographical territory. When not traveling, this position will work from a remote home office or, if local, the SEB Corporate office.Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)Operations:

• Work to support our franchisees' needs for 24/7 clubs.
• Work with club owners through the lifecycle of their ownership.
• Provide ongoing training on:
  • Tracking KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Lead Generation
  • Membership Sales
  • Personal Training Operations
  • Leadership Practices
  • Assess and determine performance gaps, opportunities, and operational needs for Franchisees.
  • Provide related recommendations, training, follow-up, and general assistance to Franchisees.
  • Establish action plans to assist Franchisees in achieving growth potential.
  • Monitor operational standards and report unacceptable performance to Franchisees, as well as corporate staff, if necessary.
  • Provide front line/Franchisee perspective in the identification and development of new initiatives, communication, and training, and to define and solve Franchisee challenges.
  • Act as the liaison between Franchisees and Corporate, ensuring effective flow of communication.
  • Effectively communicate with in-house departments on club-related issues.
  • Spend time in a club each year to stay current.Core Competencies: Ability to self-manage while working remotely, Influencing, Organization, Communication (speaking, written, presentation), Relationship building, Diplomacy, Urgency.Strengths and Background:
    • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must.
    • Familiarity with business metrics such as base operating expenses, P&L reports, attrition.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
    • Organizational skills and strong follow-through to carry out multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Must be flexible and have excellent problem-solving, time management, and administrative skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and easily adapt to a dynamic work environment.
    • Capacity to remain calm when challenged, and uphold professionalism in working through conflict.
    • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, in person, and presentation).
    • Ability to think creatively, and to be a driven and self-motivated contributor.
    • Must complete other tasks and projects as assigned by leadership.
    • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Preferred Strengths and Background:
      • Bachelor's degree in a fitness or business-related field.
      • Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification.
      • 2 - 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, business industry, or franchising.Salary Range for this role is $62k - $67k.What's in it for you:
