Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Technician in Alpharetta,
GA.
As a Manufacturing Technician you will be:
Responsible for performing functions associated with all
manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in
set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and
quality testing related to the production of parts, components,
subassemblies, and final assemblies.
Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data
to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or
equipment.
Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to
control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers
in conducting experiments.
Overall Summary
Highly developed support individual contributor.
Works autonomously. May act as a mentor to lower level peers and
provide guidance on tasks.
Makes recommendations for solutions.
Works on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
Nature of Supervision
Works autonomously.
May act as a mentor to lower-level peers and provide guidance on
tasks.
Communication & Influence
Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the
department on matters that involve obtaining or providing
information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand
and reach agreement. Makes recommendations for solutions.

May work on assignments requiring judgment and initiative. Uses
knowledge and experience to resolve issues.

Education & Experience
Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8
years of prior relevant experience or 2 years
post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior
related experience.
Heavy background in electrical testing and debugging high
desired.
The ideal candidate will have: Heavy background in electrical
testing and debugging
This is a 12 Month Full Time Contract with possible direct hire
opportunity.
Pay Range : $31.25-$43.26 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
