Job Description:
A company is looking for a Maintenance System Agent /
Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Answer a limited number of calls and perform data entry
Communicate with team members for follow-up and ensure accuracy in
data entry
Follow established procedures and work with limited supervision
Required Qualifications
High school education or equivalent with 4 years of related
experience
Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems, such as Maximo or
comparable ticketing systems
Experience with parts ordering processes and call handling
Must be a US citizen and able to pass a federal background
investigation
Strong and reliable internet connection is required for remote
work
