**Job Summary**

As a Machine Operator at Love's Travel Stops, you will be responsible for operating tire retread machines to produce high-quality retreaded tires. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Inspect tires to be retreaded to determine condition and identify any defects
* Operate electronic liner detection and X-Ray inspection equipment to further inspect casings
* Use safety-related PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, and tire cages, while performing work
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
* Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
* Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
