They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. In this role, you will be responsible for construction, restoration and remediation projects, specifically dealing with water, fire, and mold damage. Responsibilities

• Manage the remediation of water, fire, and mold damage.
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects and supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in construction management.
  • Experience in restoration and remediation projects, specifically dealing with water, fire, and mold damage.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
