  • Core Markets are Higher Ed, Mixed Use Multifamily and Healthcare
  • Assists Project Managers to resolve conflicts
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects and ensure all compensation for work performed is received
  • Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling and cost control with Project Management tea,
  • Oversee multiple projects with project managers.
  • Prepare monthly reports including cost, schedule, safety, etc. for internal and/or external use
  • Establishes relationships with key owners and stake holders
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors and clients to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
